What to try

  • - Send a message and watch the mock assistant respond.
  • - Notice the status dot turning green during CET business hours.
  • - Move around the site; messages persist across navigation.
  • - Add items to your quote cart and see the context badges update.
  • - Use "Escalate to team" to call the existing /api/chat/escalate endpoint.

Availability colors

Green: within Mon-Fri, 8-18 CET
Orange: after hours but you can leave a note
Gray: offline or escalation error
